Weight Training
Our facilities offer cardiovascular, weight resistance, and free weight equipment at a great value. Short weight training sessions several times a week are more practical than are extended daily workouts. "You don't have to be in the weight room for 90 minutes a day to see results.

Cardiovascular Area
The cardio area contains numerous treadmills and stationary bikes, along with a separate area for machine-free workouts and a spinning room. There are also televisions with FM transmitters that allow you to listen to the televisions through headphones. There is something for individuals of all fitness levels. Anyone using this equipment must be age 13 or older unless special permission is granted.
Exercise Orientation/Intro to Fitness Equipment
Before you perform one rep of the first set, consider talking to a fitness trainer who can sit down with you and do an assessment. The correct assessment, matched with your personal goals, almost guarantees that you won't be one of the 20-to-30 percent of beginners who eventually drop out.
Intro to Fitness Equipment
A trainer will also walk you through briefly how to use each piece of equipment. This can vary from where the cardio equipment is located to actually demonstrating how the equipment works, as well as programming specific settings to help you meet your goals. Classes offered every:
Monday, 3 pm
Wednesay, 5 pm
